Responsibilities for Sr. Controls Software Engineer needed (Direct Hire)
 Creating and commissioning industrial controls systems, PLC software
design, and HMI screens
 Responsible for PLC/HMI code development, code installation, debug on job
site, and commissioning of the complete system
 Responsible for controls systems design, programming, testing, and
troubleshooting.
 Will work with cross functional teams to solve equipment and customer
issues.
 Debug and commission 840D controls system in motion control application.
 Cell debug on shop floor and during install full time at customer location.
 Must be willing to travel.
 Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Skills/Experience Required:
 XXXX+ years of Controls Engineering/PLC/HMI programming experience
 The ability to program/write code/ladder logic from scratch
 Prior experience with automotive manufacturing integration and
commissioning.
 Prior experience programming within customer-defined standards and
templates
 Proficient with a variety of field bus networks including but not limited to
Ethernet I/P, Profibus, ProfiNet, etc. a plus.

 Driver's license and reliable transportation
 Ability to effectively manage time.
 Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule.
 Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills
 Ability to work independently without much supervision.
 Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job.
