Metals Manufacturing experience preferred or strong manufacturing leadership skills.

Must have a great personality that trains and develops their team!

7+ years experience preferred

Salary is $70k to $83K

Regarding 2^nd Shift Supervisor:

 

Looking for someone with experience in preferably the metals industry, stamping, milling, punch press, plasma, waterjet, etc.

 

Someone who has Supervised floor employees on these types of equipment not assembly Supervisors.

 

High School Diploma / College Preferred.

 

7/10 years’ experience, preferably from 1 or 2 companies – increasing level of responsibility.

 

Outgoing, energetic, driven, looking for a career.

 

Military service appreciated.

 

Ability to grow beyond the 2^nd Shift Supervisor job – potential Plant Manager in 5-10 years.
