Mechanical Leader - Greer, SC Direct Hire Opportunity

The Mechanical Leader is responsible for overseeing the assembly and installation of tooling, fixtures, and pneumatic devices within the production environment. This role entails supervising and inspecting all repair and maintenance work to ensure the effective use of the latest maintenance and repair technologies, while adhering to industry standards and safety regulations. The Mechanical Leader will coordinate workflow through the assembly line, monitor compliance with safety practices, and ensure that all team members follow company and industry safety guidelines. This position requires effective communication with the on-site manager and collaboration with engineering and operations teams to minimize costs and delays while maintaining project quality and timelines. The Mechanical Leader will play a critical role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Assists with maintenance of mechanical equipment, maintaining accurate logs and records.
• Maintains timely communications and harmonious relationships between engineering and operations to minimize cost and delay.
• Manage and maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues, field technicians, customers, management, etc.
 Provide immediate feedback to project team on project concerns, personnel, safety, schedule, budget, etc.
• Regularly review safety practices to ensure all team members are adhering to company safety guidelines and industry regulations.
• Manage the delivery and installation of tools and pneumatic systems on-site, ensuring all materials and equipment are tracked accurately and are available when needed to avoid project delays.

Salary range $60 to $85k depending on experience
