Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description: The Project Manager is a mid-level project management role responsible for assisting senior project management in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. The Project Manager will need to support and coordinate project activities under senior project management leadership, focusing on tasks including but not limited to scheduling, budget tracking, documentation, and communication to ensure project success. The Project manager will provide support and mentorship to Junior Project Managers. Responsible project portfolio to average $15M in size.

Job Responsibilities:
•       Leadership: Motivate, guide, and empower team members to achieve project goals.
•       Communication: Serves as the central point of contact for teams and stakeholders, requiring clear verbal and written communication.
•       Problem-solving: Identify potential issues and use critical thinking to develop effective solutions.
•       Time management: Create schedules, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
•       Organization: Must balance many different tasks and components, including budget, schedules, and personnel.
•       Risk management: Identifies potential risks early on and creates strategies to prevent or minimize their impact.
