Project Coordinator -Contract to Direct

• Coordinate multiple customer projects simultaneously, managing timelines, resources, and ongoing client communication.

• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, sales teams, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor project logistics, including invoices, shipments, and equipment procurement.

• Maintain project documentation, reports, and internal records to support tracking and accountability.

• Adapts to shifting priorities, delays, and unexpected challenges while keeping projects on track.

$25 to $27 per hour

40-50 hours per week
